Just to say a big thank you for the perfect transfer from Faro airport to Praia da Luz and back to Faro. Donna was waiting at the airport and even offered to carry my heavy bag. She was very informative of the area we were going to which was a big help. I was a little wary about being picked up in time to get back to the airport but Donna arrived 30 mins. before the pick up time.
So thank you very much once again Donna to you and your company, I would recommend you to anyone needing transfers,

I just wanted to say thanks for the great service. We arrived in Faro airport on Sunday night - 1st September and the driver was waiting for us. He was friendly and helpful and allayed all my fears about not turning up to collect us the following Sunday (we had a nightmare last year with one of the bus transfer companies that ruined the last day of our holiday and left me completely stressed). Sure enough, the taxi turned up on time to collect us and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely use this service if we go back to Portugal next year - well worth the little extra cost for peace of mind.

Fantastic service provided .it is so good to have found reliable ,trustworthy ,English speaking transfers to and from the airport etc .it makes our holiday so much easier and stress free for my 2 children ,hubby and me . The drivers were all very easy to talk to and gave us various useful information and tips for our holiday which was a great help and as they can arrange trips etc it is also an added bonus as I was able to book transfers and tickets for a water park through them at a great price and therefore we could suit ourselves with times and no messing about as opposed to hanging around for public transport .i would highly recommend algarve 365 to there's and have already passed on the number and email to friends and customers .Look forward to seeing you on our next trip .

May I take the opportunity to say how pleased I was with your service the last time I used it (13th February 2012 - 20th February 2012: same location). When I came out of the airport our driver was waiting there for us with my name on a card. He then told us to wait right there and carried our bags to his car, because the airport was being refurbished and he had had to park further away. Though I was worried for a moment that he had ran off with our bags, he shortly returned and drove us straight there. He was polite and pleasant company. When we got to the complex he helped us find our contact and then helped us bring our bags upstairs and into the apartment. On the return journey we were scheduled to be pick up at 5am. We had given the money to him on the day we were picked up and since then had had no further contact with anyone from your company. But at 4:40am the same guy was waiting outside our apartment. It was a great experience considering it was the first time I had organised a holiday myself, and the first time me and my partner had been together. I want to thank your company for making it as smooth as possible. I cannot remember the name of the driver, I think it might have been Paul, but he was delightful. Medium height, around 45, slightly bald? My memory isn't perfect, but maybe you have it in your records. Anyway thank you and thank him. I recommend you to everyone who goes to the algarve for the service and the fact your prices are extremely reasonable.
Sorry for the ramble. Hopefully this trip will be just as smooth but I'm sure it will.

After having a bad experience with the last Transfer company I used, I decided to give Algarve 365 a try and am I glad I did.
The lady driver met us at arrivals with a friendly smile and welcoming persona. She made me feel very at ease. When she dropped us at our hotel she confirmed the date & time of the return transfer and arranged a meeting point.
On the day of the return transfer, we were waiting at the agreed spot, then 10 mins before she was due to arrive the local police closed off all the roads into the town centre, which was a bit of a pain but in no way the company's fault. I called them and an alternative meeting point was discussed.
I must say that I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole experience and will definately be using Algarve 365 next time.

Hi just like to say another great transfer from algarve 365, second time we have used them and will be using in the future, phoned Donna for a day out she sorted it straight away picked up by her husband and returned by his brother( both top blokes) have recommended to all our friends.....Great service see you in 2014.

For the past few years I have used Algarve 365 as have my family who visit the Algarve a few times per year. I find them extremely efficient and have no worries about punctuality when booking them as they are always waiting on me both at the airport and when collecting me. They are very nice and pleasant people to deal with. A real test of a company is when things go wrong such as delayed flights and you would perhaps worry will the transfer company be still there to collect you. Well if you book with Algarve 365 then you will have no issues as we recently discovered. My parents recently visited the Algarve on a late flight which was delayed over 4 hours into the early hours of the morning and when we contacted Donna to inform her of the delay she was very accommodating and pleasant and said she would still collect them without any issues. My parents enquired about paying an additional fee for such a late collection and Donna didn’t look for any additional late / waiting fee. I also had a female friend who was travelling earlier this year without her husband and I recommended Algarve 365 as I was sure she would feel fully safe. Top company and nice people.

We used Algarve 365 for our Airport Trasnsfers for a 10 day holiday to a private apartment in Praia Da Rocha at the end of July 2012. We used them following recommendation and were not dissapointed. They were extremely prompt for both legs of the journey and as described, UK drivers, extremely friendly. As a bonus we were able to discuss the resort & area and get tips on places to visit, restaurants etc. I couldn't recommend them enough. They provided a a great and relaxing start and finish to our holiday in Portugal. Many thanks - David, Kay & family.
