Opening shortly after the Oceanico Faldo the Oceanico O´Connor course was designed by Christy O´Connor Jnr. Situated virtually alongside the Faldo the course is non the less challenging. The 18 hole par 72 stretches ever so slightly longer with an overall 6.719 metres based just 35 minutes away from the airport it is central to all of the Algarve.
