Vale do Lobo golf courses are based just out of the resort and boast stunning views. The ocean course was the merger of two of the original 9 hole courses designed by Sir Henry Cotton in 1968 and 1972. The merger in 1995 created a stunning and challenging 18 hole course. The Royal course was opened in 1997 and was designed based on drawings by Sir Henry Cotton before he passed away. Both courses offer exciting and challenging rounds while being surrounded by stunning ocean views and countryside.
